CLUB Registration for Respect League Season 2017-18

We can only accept ONE Registration per club
- the Registration form must include ALL teams at every age group
- if you don't enter teams in any age group, they will NOT be given places, so please check you have included them all
- you must include contact details for every team included

COST:
U6s @ £400 per team for 30 match days plus Charity Day entry £20.
U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s @ £500 per team for 30 match days plus Charity Day entry £20.
U11s, U12s, U13s @ £750 per team for 30 match days plus Charity Day entry £20.
U14s 11v11 on grass @ £TBC per team for 22 match days (across the same 30 weeks).

PAYMENT: No payment required with registration. Invoices will be sent to address you provide.
Three instalments: £100 deposit per team before 1 July 2017; 50% of balance by 31 October 2017; remainder by 31 January 2018.
